That's akin to asking "Why create physical existences if they will only deteriorate?" or "Why have happiness if it will only be followed by misery?" Nothing in this world exists independent of its opposite, and that's precisely what enables us to perceive and appreciate. Otherwise, there would be nothing. And if those who consider God "evil" for this would truly prefer nothing, I have to wonder why they choose life.
